This 9-year-old's heart is sew big. Khloe Thompson, who lives in Southern California, sews together durable bags and fills them with essential items for homeless women in her community. These "Kare Bags" are created as part of her charity called "Khloe Kares," which is done all outta love, she wrote on her GoFundMe page.
On the way to elementary school, Khloe Thompson marveled at all the grown-ups living in tents in a park and sprawled on the grass in sleeping bags. "We passed a lot of homeless people," her mother, Alisha, told InsideEdition.com. "She would ask me 'Why are they there?
Khloe Thompson noticed that she would pass by the same homeless women on her way to school every morning. Wanting to help them, she came up with the idea for Khloe Kares, and now sews bags that she fills with supplies and hands out to them. Story and editing by A.C.
